From Finca La Estrella, at 1,800 meters above sea level, we cultivate carefully selected Arabica varieties, hand-picked by expert hands: indigenous women coffee pickers who embody the strength, dedication, and wisdom of the land. Each cup reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and a love for our roots.

The Honey process is an experimental journey in search of unique flavors. Only a portion of the mucilage is removed from the bean, allowing the rest to adhere to the bean as it slowly dries on raised African beds under the sun's heat.
